VPAS8 3/8″ Anti-Siphon Valve Kit

Technical Specification

• CPS Anti-Siphon Valve 3/8″ FFL for Vacuum Pumps
• Prevents cross-contamination of vacuum pump and compressor oils inside an A/C or refrigeration system
• 1/4″ SAE Male adapter included
• 1/2″ SAE Male adapter included
• 3/8″ SAE Male adapter included
• Install onto 3/8″ SAE Male vertical port
• Thread sealant included

Directions of  Use

1. Select one of the three provided male fittings (1/4″ SAE Male, 1/2″-20 Male, or 3/8″ SAE Male) to be mounted onto the female 1/8″ female pipe fitting on top of the VPAS body.
2. Apply a small amount of thread sealant onto the 1/8″ male pipe thread on the selected male fitting. Hand tighten the selected male fitting into the VPAS8 body.
3. Use a back-up wrench to secure the VPAS8 body while using another wrench to do the final tightening of the elected male fitting.
4. The VPAS8 is now ready to install onto the vacuum pump with a 3/8″ SAE Male vertical port
5. The VPAS8 is a gravity directional device. The arrows around the collar of the VPAS must be pointing up in order for the this device to work properly.
6. VPAS8 device and vacuum pump are now ready to be used.
